Director: Charles ("Charlie") Loshbough
Born and raised in the USA Pacific Northwest, Charlie completed his BA degree in Church Music with a concentration in Organ Performance from Bryan College in Dayton, Tennessee. In 1975, Charlie immigrated to Canada and upon completing his undergraduate education moved to London where he attended the University of Western Ontario and began his career in Church Music. Charlie has directed many choirs ranging from 10-12 members up to 1500 members. After serving in several different churches and locations (London, Burlington, Billings, MT and Edmonton) he returned to London 6 years ago. In the fall of 2023, Charlie became the Artistic Director of the Valleyview Male Chorus. He states: “Getting to know and direct these men has been a real highlight for me. They are a joy to work with! I am blessed to have this opportunity.”
Accompanist: Krisanne Nunes
Krisanne Nunes is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario where she holds a Bachelor of Education and a degree in English and Music. She is an active solo, choral and church accompanist in London, and sings in a number of choirs in the London area. When not participating in musical activities, Krisanne works as an elementary occasional teacher for the Thames Valley District School Board, is a budding stage manager, a copy editor and, in her spare time, an avid knitter. She is honoured to play for the Valleyview Male Chorus.
